Return & Refund Policy

1. Sales Terms

All goods supplied by the Seller are sold on a non-returnable basis. Products are not provided on a sale-or-return arrangement unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Seller.

2. Prescription Medicines and Cold Chain Products

Returns of Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) and cold chain or refrigerated products will not be accepted under any circumstances once they have been supplied, except where the issue is due to an error or fault caused by the Seller.

3. Returns Procedure

Returns will only be accepted if they have been authorised in advance by the Seller in writing. A returns form issued by the Seller must be completed and submitted before any goods are returned.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any damage, breakages, or order discrepancies must be reported to the Seller by email within 24 hours of delivery.

If goods are considered incorrect by the Buyer (excluding refrigerated products), they must be returned within 5 days of receipt, in their original, unopened packaging.

Refrigerated products will only be accepted for return within 24 hours of delivery, and only where the issue relates to transportation problems or an error by the Seller.

All damaged or broken items must be retained with their original packaging so that they can be inspected as part of the claims process carried out by the Seller’s delivery carrier.

5. Refunds

Where a return has been approved and the goods are received by the Seller, any applicable refund will be processed within 5 working days.
