Tim Ho Yuen Chan

Welcome to Livewell Clinic Pharmacy. My name is Ho Yuen Chan, and I am a pharmacist dedicated to helping people achieve better health through personalised, accessible and compassionate care.

I graduated with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in 2017 and went on to complete an MSc in International Health Management at Imperial College London in 2019. After graduating, I began my career in community pharmacy, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and gained valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of healthcare needs. In 2022, I qualified as an Independent Prescriber, further expanding my ability to support patients with their treatment and healthcare decisions.

Throughout my career as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager, I have provided a range of community healthcare services, including medication reviews, flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, Pharmacy First consultations and NHS blood pressure checks. These experiences have reinforced my belief that good healthcare begins with listening, understanding each person’s needs and treating everyone with respect and compassion.

My approach is always patient-centred. I believe every patient deserves to feel heard, supported and confident in the care they receive. I take pride in building trusting relationships, explaining treatment options clearly and tailoring my advice to each individual. Receiving positive feedback and compliments from patients has been especially rewarding, and it motivates me to maintain the high standard of care I strive to provide.
